  • THE REIKI SHARE PROJECT:

The Reiki Share Project is dedicated to providing Reiki training and education to

groups of individuals facing serious illness, disability or trauma and to the

professional and personal caregivers who treat them. Through classes and

community outreach programs, we teach the practice of Reiki, a complementary

healing technique that promotes health and well-being through self-treatment and

treatment of others.

  • GOLD STAR TEEN ADVENTURES:

Gold Star Teen Adventures is a 501c3 organization that is dedicated to supporting Gold Star kids. These are the children of our brave armed forced service men and women, who are designated as Gold Star kids because their mother or father has been killed while in the service of protecting our nation. Gold Star Teen Adventures provides these kids with healing counseling and gives them the opportunity to experience some of the kinds of adventures their mom or dad would have shared with them if they had survived their tours of duty. Those golden childhood memories of fishing trips, hiking, camping, horseback riding, boating - that these kids can no longer look forward to with their missing parent, they can now experience in the company of other Gold Star children who are now adults and are counselors for these younger kids. We expect that the military and the government are meeting the needs of these bereaved families, but sadly, that is not the case. If you'd like to support the Gold Star programs, please purchase raffle tickets and help us to fulfill the promises made by fellow soldiers, to take care of one another's families, should their brethren fail to make it home alive.
